This week, leadership from across Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services joined together in Norfolk, VA to network, collaborate, and look ahead to the future as both brands continue to experience rapid growth.
Regional managers from across the companies' geographic footprint traveled for the 3 day conference. The week featured a robust schedule with leadership development speakers, technology workshops, and networking events.
The event would not have been possible without support from many individuals, including the Operations, Central Office, Safety, IT, and Fleet departments.
It was a productive and positive few days at our first Regional Manager Summit!
