Meet The Fleet Team
The Fleet Team shares what they like about their job and the company and what they enjoy doing when they're not at work! 

Alvin likes the job itself and in his free time enjoys relaxing and "staying in his lane."

Anne loves being able to help operations out in the field and working with both brands. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends.​

Ashley likes the steady pace of the work and opportunities for growth within the company. She enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their fur baby, Chesney. She's also an avid reader.

Ben likes that the shop is really nice environment. In his free time, he likes to spend time with family.​​​​

Bradley says the greatest thing about his job is the freedom of the open road and knowing he's doing his part to help keep the power grid operating smoothly. In his spare time, Bradley enjoys hanging out with friends and family along with riding his motorcyle with his ministry group.

Braeden likes his role because he likes working on equipment and learning new things. He enjoys reading books in his spare time.​​​

Brandon enjoys his job because it helps support his goals. In his free time, he likes to rest.

Brandy enjoys working with the guys in the field and helping with whatever they need. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and reading.

Brett enjoys having the opportunity to work in new areas. All of his spare time is spent outdoors enjoying nature or riding anything with a motor.

Bryanna's favorite quality of Xylem Kendall is that each and every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. In her free time she enjoys spending it with family watching holiday movies.

Bryson enjoys running out to pick up items for the company and when there's free time at work, he likes to pressure wash equipment before working on it.

Chance think Xylem Kendall is great. He enjoys riding four-wheelers when he's not working.​​

Charlie likes that there's an opportunity to move up in the company. In his spare time, he likes to restore old muscle cars and go hunting.

Cindy is going through training currently but noticed the unity in the team. Their commitment to the task and the eagerness to help each other complete said task at hand in a successful way. Cindy enjoys fishing, gardening, and spending time with her grandkids in her free time. 

Clyde enjoys his job because he gets to work as a team with a lot of experienced people. He likes to work on his El Camino in his spare time.

Although Cody has been here for just a short while, he's enjoying his role so far. Cody enjoys fishing in his free time. 

Cynniya appreciates the diversity in the building at the Wakefield office. In her spare time, she works on her schoolwork.​

Daniel enjoys the people, growth, and the fact that there's always new challenges here. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.

David likes that he has the freedom to do what he needs to get the job done at Xylem Kendall. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with family.

David likes that he's able to keep equipment running for his team. In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle.

Debbie enjoys working as a team to accomplish the daily tasks effectively in her role. She likes to spend time with her granddaughter in her free time.

Donald loves his job and the people that surround him here. In his spare time he likes to work on and drag race cars.​

Dora enjoys the flexibility that this job offers. When she's not working, she likes spending time with her family.​​​

Earnest likes that this job has given him plenty of opportunities to do different things with the company. In his spare time, he likes to fish and go to the beach.​

Everette likes that he works on a team that values collaboration and collective success. In his free time, he likes to play card games, hangout with friends, play video games, and play with his dog.

Gil thinks the people here are great and it's an awesome shop to work in. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.​​

One of the things Greg likes about his job is the level of satisfaction he gets when fixing down equipment. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and kids.

Haley enjoys working at Xylem Kendall because no matter who you are or what skillset you have, there is always a place for you to thrive. Most of her spare time is spent with her two beautiful daughters, exploring new places, or at the beach.

Holden likes how we are continually growing and expanding. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting.​​

James likes that the company has a great environment to promote a strong work ethic. When he's not at work, he likes to relax, enjoy life, and play video games.

James likes the people he works with and the ability to become a better technician, always gaining more knowledge. In his spare time, he enjoys working and taking care of the animals on his farm.

James appreciates the scenery at work. In his spare time, he likes to keep busy by working.​​

Jason believes that the push to better our work environment and the comradery that is felt between our coworkers is what sets us apart from others. In his free time, he works on projects and spends time with his family. 

Jason likes that he gets to work in a different area every day. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife.​

Jason likes that he has good wages and good people around him here. He likes to spend his spare time with his family.

Jeffery likes the people he works with and the opportunity to drive cool equipment. He likes to hunt, fish, and hang out with friends and family.

Jesse appreciates how the company is flexible for a family man. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Joel likes that he can work behind the scenes to keep the wheels turning. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time sailing with his family. 

John likes how he can support the field by listening and responding back to concerns. In his free time, he likes to ride his motorcycle.

John likes how his job is "fast paced" and never boring! In his free time, he likes to shoot sporting clays.​

Jordon's favorite thing about his job is the people he works with. He likes to spend his spare time with his family.​​​​

Julie loves to help others and solve problems. She appreciates the opportunity Xylem Kendall has given her over the last six years. She enjoys spending time with her husband on their cattle farm and she also likes to shop and decorate.

Justin likes the opportunity to work around heavy equipment and fixing it along with the awesome people he gets to work with. He always wants to learn more about the equipment by asking questions.

Katherine enjoys getting to watch the company grow. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her cats and play computer games.

Keith has been with Kendall since January 2015 , moving equipment for the company. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and shooting rifle competitions. That's stress relief for Keith! 

Kevin enjoys the different types of equipment that he gets to work on. In his spare time, he likes to fish.

Malcolm likes working with the fleet team and the different jobs he gets to do every day.

Michael appreciates having the freedom to work at his own pace. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his grandkids.​​​

Miranda likes teaching all things fleet during onboardings and having the opportunity to grow within the company. She loves to spend time with her identical twin daughters, going to hard rock & heavy metal concerts, and cheering on Auburn. 

Molly enjoys the challenging and interesting work along with the supportive team she has. She enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids. ​​

Nick likes how the fleet team is all about unity and service. The fleet department works collectively to move the organization forward, providing world class service for operations. In his free time, he enjoys running and hanging out with his family.

Noelan likes that there's constant learning opportunities and challenges in his role that keeps him engaged and motivated. He enjoys year-round gardening and activities that keep him on the lake.

Paul likes that the fleet team has the ability to work and communicate together to achieve the same goal even though they are in different states. In his spare time, he likes to build muscle cars.​

Rachel appreciates the flexibility this job provides to allow her to work from home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, gardening, and working outside.

Richard likes that there's something different every day with this job. In his spare time, he enjoys spending his time outdoors.

RJ likes that our company is very family oriented. He enjoys the outdoors with his family by kayaking, fishing, camping and many more activities.

Roman has been with the company for more than seven years.

Sean appreciates the good support team at the company. In his spare time, Sean likes to DJ.​​

Shana considers herself lucky to work here due to actually liking what she does and the people she works with on a daily basis. She likes to read, hike, paint, and take part in some shenanigans with her husband and kiddos.

She'Nyah enjoys that there's always more to learn, different ways to grow, and new people to meet in her role. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, reading, and spending time with her loved ones. 

Thomas likes that he has the ability to gain crucial knowledge to help further his career and he enjoys his coworkers. In his free time, he enjoys racing cars and hanging out with his family.

One of the aspects Thomas enjoys most about his job is the good people he works with. In his spare time, he likes to ride his motorcycle.​
